We will start focusing on our breathing (Pranayama), warm up to a flow (Vinyasa) and then end with a peaceful relaxation (Savasana).
If you would like to come along please message me so I can keep track of numbers and make sure there is space for you all.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
